Elena Seba

Vice – Chairman

Elena Seba is a Financial Analyst at the Kenya Pipeline Company Limited. where she is responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities as well as overseeing, monitoring, and evaluating the existing investment portfolio. She is one of the founding Members of the Kenya Pension Fund Investment Consortium (KEPFIC) and sits on the Steering Committee. KEPIC provides strategic direction and oversight specifically in the area of alternative investments to local member pension funds in the growing development needs of the Country.

Elena also sits on the Boards of the Professional Integrity and Ethics Committee (PIEC) of the Association of Professional Societies of East Africa (APSEA). The Committee is charged with the responsibility of address the concerns surrounding professional integrity and ethics in professionalism.

Elena is also a Personal Development Coach helping people on a one on one basis to overcome limiting beliefs and lack of progression/productivity to achieve their full potential and goals. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the United States International University, a Master of Science degree in Finance from the University of Leicester and a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management from the University of Cambridge among other qualifications.  

She also holds practicing licenses from the Institute of Certified Investment and Financial Analysts (ICIFA), the Trustee Development Program Kenya (TDPK), and the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC). She is also a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI). Elena supports and promotes good corporate governance practices; professionalism; diversity and inclusion in the workplace; and justice for all.
